Atlantic Divers Acclaimed "Introduction to Wreck Diving
This program is for advanced certified divers that want a full introduction to North Atlantic ocean wreck diving!
Gain first hand insight on ocean wreck diving from pioneers of North Atlantic wreck diving! This program is intended for candidates that want more in depth experiences and a greater understanding in practical wreck diving techniques. This is not a homogenized program. Divers will get guidance on how to safely and practically improve their diving skills in order to be more profecient divers. Divers should already have the fundemental skills in mask clearing, proper fin kicks, buoyancy control, equipment set up and handling. Candidates will be evaluated and critiqued on these skills prior to ocean diving. Remedial guidance is additional. Our experienced guides will observe your dives and provide critiques to help improve your comfort and skills. The program is designed to help improve your insight on shipwreck history, skills in dive equipment handling, and safe dive planning.
All skills and objectives will be done in North Atlantic conditions. Proper thermal protection and quality equipment is required. We specialize in North Atlantic Wreck Diving and have ventured to thousands of wrecks from Florida to Newfoundland. We can assist you in the proper outfitting for your training. Don't purchase your gear on line from bogus or mediocre sources, when primary references are available in your local waters.
Don't try to do it on your own, when you can get experienced dive guides to tour you.
We offer the Advanced Open water course which includes the Intro to Wreck diving information. This course prepares the Basic Open Water diver for exploring shipwrecks off the NJ coast but goes into much greater detail and is a great course for any diver that wants to sharpen their wreck diving skills.
Training includes: lectures on physics, physiology, equipment techniques, ocean diving environment, deep diving theory, and dive safety. Pool practical and tour guide mentoring on all dives.

About your NAUI training: There is no guarantee on passing the course. You must be in good health and maintain good health to scuba dive if you have questions contact the instructor.
Course Requirements
Note: There is NO REFUND for any classes. Students may transfer the course to another student or use credit for their own equipment, if the course has not started. Once the course has started there is no transfer allowed or credit. eLearning programs cannot be transferred. Class time, pool requirements and dive skills are considered for certification. (Dive fees are additional.) There is no guarantee to pass the course. All objectives must be completed within 6 months after final pool sessions. All required paperwork, medicals, waivers, eLearning, tests and fulfillment of required skills must be completed to achieve certification.
